The first transnational meeting of the project was held at Linköping University between May 30 and June 1, 2024. The first day of the meeting involved an online demo on how to use the VEO app by the CEO of VEO, Paul Miller. Following the demo, we had a hands-on VEO training session and discovered its features. Then, we held a data session with a sample excerpt from our database, which was brought by Fatma Badem from Bartın University. On the second day, we focused on data management issues and the ethical procedures for data collection. We also had a fruitful discussion on the VEO tags. Lastly, we came up with a to-do-list for our next meeting in Ankara and finished the meeting.
