The 10th ELTER (English Language Teacher Education Research) meeting took place in Ankara Social Sciences University on 20th September, 2024. The event was co-organized by Aysel Sarıcaoğlu Aygan who is the project partner of ReaLiTea Erasmus+ Project and Ufuk Balaman who is the project coordinator of DigiLTE Erasmus+ Project. The introductory remarks were delivered by INGED president Assoc. Prof. Sedat Akayoğlu and the Dean of Foreign Languages Faculty Prof. İsmail Çakır. Prof. Kenan Dikilitaş (Bergen University) delivered a speech titled “Supporting the Development of Research Literacy in Teacher Education” as part of the event. Assist. Prof. Carolyn Blume (TU Dortmund University) and our project coordinator Assoc. Prof. Ufuk Balaman presented RealiTEA Project and DigiLTE Project, respectively. The event brought together language teacher educators and PhD students from various universities in Türkiye. The working groups developed collaborative research proposals addressing different topics, including research literacy and digital transformation in the field of teacher education.
