The DigiLTE team met at the University of Potsdam for the fourth transnational partner meeting on June 12–13, 2025.

On the first day, project partners shared progress updates. Most MOOC components, including the CA and CIC lectures and national dissemination events, have been completed or are in their final stages. Updates on the MOOC included a new login and enrollment process as well as an instruction video to support future users. The MOOC will remain accessible for at least five years, with final revisions due by the end of June.

Throughout the meeting, partners tested and proofread the MOOC platform and discussed assessment design options. Weagreed that the MOOC will feature a flexible structure with one final assessment, unlocked only after all sections have been completed.

The second day discussions turned to the upcoming International Conference on Conversation Analysis and Language Teacher Education (February 2026). Plans include two panels, a DigiLTE workshop, and several research presentations by project members based on MOOC content.

A key focus was also placed on the upcoming Virtual Exchange, in which students from partner universities will participate during the 2025–2026 academic year. The exchange will allow students to engage collaboratively across institutions, applying MOOC content in shared learning environments. Preparations are underway to adapt the exchange structure to varying course formats and student needs.

The meeting was wrapped up with plans for a follow-up session on June 30 to finalize the MOOC assessment and terms of use.
